Rocking Rooster offers at least 2 years guarantee on all products. All digital pianos come with at least 2 years on site warranty. For further peace of mind, we offer this extended guarantee for a full 5 years from your date of purchase.

After the purchase of an extended guarantee, a receipt will be emailed to you. Please print this screen if you would like paper copy of the terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1. This extended guarantee will cover any mechanical/electronic breakdown or malfunction due to inferior quality parts/components or poor workmanship.

2. It covers both parts and labour during the guarantee period.

3. The guarantee period is five years from the date of transaction of the product/s.

4. The Extended Guarantee will not cover;

i)   Any cosmetic damage of the product due to normal wear and tear.

ii)  Any fault or failure due to misuse or accidental damage.

iii) Any failure of a part that would normally require renewal during a five year period.

5. All the standard site Terms and Conditions of the product purchased will apply until the expiry date of the Extended Guarantee. 

In The Event Of A Dispute

In the event of a dispute arising, an independent expert will be called in at the expense of the policy holder and in agreement with Rocking Rooster. If it is deemed that the repair is required due to any of the areas covered Rocking Rooster will pay for the expert and the subsequent repair or replacement.

Purchasing More Than One Product

If more than one product is purchased on the same transaction then a guarantee to cover each product should be purchased.
